An elegant sparkling wine with fine bubbles. Delicate scent of red fruits of strawberry and black currant. Soft in taste, full-bodied Burgundy with lively acidity. The fine sweetness paired with subtle tannins reinforce the fruity berry note.

Manufacturing process:
Selected Palatinate wineries deliver the fine Pinot Noir and Black Riesling wines that are used for this cuvée. The fine rosé results from very short maceration times. The wine produced using the cold fermentation process matures in our cellar vaults according to the traditional bottle fermentation process for at least 9 months on the yeast in the bottle. |
