Description |
The Portuguese grape is a red grape variety. The rosé is made from the juice obtained after a short contact with the grape skins. This gives the wine its typical pink color and a fruity note. Portugieser Rosé has a moderate alcohol content. The wine is naturally low in acidity and has a refreshing taste. It is well suited as an accompaniment to light dishes such as salads, fish or poultry, but also as an aperitif or for social (barbecue) evenings.
